January 2023 felt like a good time for NLDF to review their current services in North Lanarkshire and seek feedback from people with long term conditions and disabilities, 3rd sector, community and statutory partners. NLDF commissioned Gina Alexander, Freelance Project Worker to pull together a questionnaire, asking for feedback on what was done well and how the service can improve, ensuring what NLDF continues to be useful and is led by the needs of those living in North Lanarkshire.
Thank you to all who participated, your views will undoubtably inform how we work and support those with long term conditions and disabilities in North Lanarkshire.
