What We Do

North Lanarkshire Disability Forum (NLDF) was founded in 1991 by people with a disability, for and on behalf of, the people who live in North Lanarkshire. We are a membership organisation, please follow this link for further information. We aim to provide up to date information around disabilities through our website, events, social media and group work. We are represented both at a local and Health and Social Care strategic level. Our Projects

We are involved in various community planning structures which offer a real opportunity to make the voice of people with a disability heard in the planning and development of services within North Lanarkshire.

We are the umbrella organisations for 3 projects Practical assistance for everyday living (PAFEL), Support in the Right Direction (SiRD) Community Connections and Support in the Right Direction (SiRD) Digital Connect.
