The Engagement and Participation (E&P) Partnership administers the Growth Pot Fund, designed to help organisations and grassroots community groups strengthen their engagement, participation, and connection with local people. Successful applicants will also be invited to join the E&P Network, creating opportunities for collaboration and shared learning.

Who Can Apply?

This fund is open to:

• Charities, community groups, and associations based in North Lanarkshire
• Organisations with an annual income under £75,000
• Groups that hold a bank account in the organisation’s name
• Groups that have a governing document, such as a Constitution or Terms of Reference

We actively encourage applications from under‑represented communities

How Much Can You Apply For?

You can apply for £500 – £5,000 to support local initiatives that enhance community engagement and participation.

What Can Be Funded?

Projects or activities that:

• Encourage local engagement and involvement
• Promote awareness of services
• Improve participation in community life

This could include events, outreach activities, volunteer development, awareness campaigns, community-led projects, or anything that helps people connect, participate, and feel included.

When Can I Apply?

Applications for Cycle 5 open from the 13th of April until the 4th of May 2026
